i didnt come here to see horses. but the footage of horses here is really freaking good. I Always tell people how hard it was on horses to be used that way. that the history of riding horses is messed up af and cruel. you can see the long bits used to control them, and even one of the horses tongue is out of its mouth. You can see how hostile an environment they are made to live and work in and how visibly stressed they are.

It is worse and more incomprehensible than the Costa Concordia disaster. There were so many ships on the scene but no one was able to help the trapped children. It is now 10 years ago, but anyone who has seen this disaster in this documentary will never forget the injustice and suffering that happened here.

I don't like comparisons, but I look at the way the Korean Coast Guard acted in the case of the Sewol ferry and the Italian Coast Guard in the case of the Costa Concordia cruise ship and the attitudes to saving lives are abysmally different. While in one they forced the captain to return to the ship in the other they rescued the captain first and left the students alone to die, it is horrible.

And inside the upside-down ship are many innocent lives that had to give up life because of the irresponsibility of adults. In 2014, I was about 16-17 years old, the same as those students. 10 years have passed, I am 26, but they forever stopped at the age of 16-17. My heart ached thinking how scared they must have been in the cold water. May their souls rest in peace.
